They are as follows: <br />Gerald R Sc~ 94U1 Belfast - He is asking the Commission to grant <br />his a Special Conditional Use Permit to allow him to convert an <br />existing accessory dwelling located on his property into a secondary <br />dwelling. He has approximately 13,000 square feet. <br />• <br />James A Gees. 9417 Belfast - He is opposing this request because his <br />original deed restrictions prohibits two family dwellings on a single <br />family lot.
