A motion was made key Charlie Boyle and seconded by Inge Browder to recommend to City Council approval of the Special Conditional Use Permit with staff's recommendation and including the condition of the use of loud speaker. Vote was 6 ayes. The motion carried. 9.) DISCUSS 'THE INSERTION OF THE USE CLASSIFICATION OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND BOAT STORAGE IN THE ZONING ORDINANCE USE TABLES. Joel Albrecht told the Commission that the Zoning Ordinance does not have a line item listing for recreation vehicles/boat storage facilities. This is an item we can only discuss .tonight, but no action can be taken, this would require a public hearing. The staff would like to get direction from the P & Z Commission as to placing a notice in the newspaper calling for a public hearing to • consider placing this line item within the zoning ordinance.
