Boyle, Lola Phillips, <br />Janet Graves and Bobby Blackwell <br /> <br />Members of the Citv Present: Chief Building <br />Official/Zoning Administrator David Paulissen, Secretary <br />to the City Manager Gwen Vann, Asst. Bill <br />Gus Farris, Fred Westergren, Mr. Lewis, and Mr. <br /> <br />2. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON JULY <br />31, 1986. <br /> <br />Motion was made bv Chairman Doug Latimer to accept the <br />minutes, Bobby Blackwell seconded the motion and it <br />pas sed ,I i t h n 0 00 p 0 sit ion . <br /> <br />At this point on the agenda, Chairman Doug Latimer requested <br />that we interchange item 3 and 4 on the agenda. A motion was <br />made by Bobby Blackwell and Seconded by Karl Johnston to move <br />forward with Item 4 first. <br /> <br />3. CONSIDER REQUEST TO REZONE 12.203 ACRES IN RICHARD <br />PEARSALL 1/3 LEAGUE FROM RESIDENTIAL TO INDUSTRIAL FOR <br />FRED WESTERGREN, JR. <br /> <br />Chairman Latimer explained that there was a letter from <br />Ticor Title Insurance Company confirming that they have <br />a pending transaction in their office by and between <br />Allied Bank Gulf Freeway, as seller and Fred E. <br />Westergren, Jr., Trustee, as buyer on the real property <br />as referenced above and the same being fully described <br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof <br />for all purposes. All closing documents are in escrow <br />andd closing is scheduled for 10 a .m. on Friday, August <br />15, 1986. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT F <br />
