Public Hearing was set <br />for September 4. <br /> <br />Fred Hestergren stated-that he would have a full set of plans <br />available. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Doug Latimer wanted to <br />rezon ing map and rev iew <br />July 31st meeting. <br /> <br />continue the discussion <br />of old business discussed <br /> <br />on <br />at <br /> <br />Doug asked David Paulissen to come forward and go over <br />the difference between a Business Industrial Park and <br />Light Industrial due to questions on this. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />J,e <br />I <br /> <br />David Paulissen explained the difference. <br /> <br />Lot Coverage for Business Industrial is 50% and Light <br />Industr~al is 70%. <br /> <br />David Paulissen gave an overall discussion of terms that were <br />not clear. <br /> <br />He explained what was allowed in the different zones and what <br />Wdsn't. <br /> <br />Janet Wahrlich asked David to explain the difference in the <br />permitting requirements for Business Industrial to Light <br />Industrial. <br /> <br />David explained that at this point he was not prepared to get <br />into the text that deep, but he could do that for her at a <br />later time. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT F <br />
