<br /> <br />PLANNING & <br />MEETING OF <br />PAGE 5 OF 5 <br />ZONING MINUTES <br />4-6-89. <br /> <br />The "R-1" classification will render the office building located <br />on South Broadway non-conforming. A land use designation with an <br />overlaying zoning of PUD is proposed for the area east of Boggy <br />Bayou. This designation would include the area occupied by the <br />townhome~complex. <br />The Commission did not have any questions on the proposed zoning <br />from staff at this time. There was some concern from the citizens <br />in the Shady River area as to clarification of what could and <br />could not be built in this area. The zoning was explained to <br />their satisfaction and understanding. <br />Motion was made by Charlie Boyle and seconded by Eugene Edmonds to <br />hold a study session on April 13th with the Public Hearing to be <br />held April 27, 1989. Motion passed with a unanimous vote. <br />4) ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business a motion was made by Charlie Boyle <br />and seconded by Eugene Edmonds to adjourn.
