• <br />• Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes of 2-21-91 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />Mr. Armstrong stated that there were two others items that came through his office. <br />They are the relationship of building permit, zoning permit and other permit <br />approvals. Mr. Armstrong said he felt these areas should be tighted up. The second <br />thing would be to establish a potential procedure for revocation of the zoning permit. <br />Mrs. Waters stated she felt there was a need to review the carport requirements and <br />fencing. She said she had heard complaints on these two specific items for years and <br />wondered if there was not a need to review them at this time. Mr. Albrecht stated <br />that these items would be put on the agenda for review during a study session. <br />Mrs. Waters also suggested that the Commission become more familiar with the <br />Neighborhood Commercial property and its meaning. This would also be a good <br />item for discussion during the review. <br />A study session was set for March 7, 1991 at 6:00 PM for beginning the review of <br />the Zoning Ordinance. <br />MAIN STREET ASSOCIATION <br />Mrs. Browder requested volunteers to serve on the Main Street Committee from the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission. It was suggested that three people serve from the <br />Commission. Mr. Doug Martin and Mr. Wayne Anderson volunteered and Mrs. <br />Browder is akeady serving on the Committee. The first meeting with the Main <br />Street Association was scheduled for 9:00 AM, February 27, 1991 at Roelof s. <br />8. ADJOURNMENT <br />A motion was made by Eugene Edmonds and seconded by Lola Phillips to adjourn. <br />All were ~in favor and the motion passed.
