<br />DRAFT <br /> <br />5) Execute a Utility Extension Agreement for the extension of a 12" <br />water line extending to the northeast corner of the subdivision <br />approximately 2,650' westerly to Underwood Road and complete the <br />construction of the off-site water line per the executed Utility <br />Extension agreement. <br /> <br />An analysis of recent system improvements in the area is currently <br />underway.
