Harrington fjy <br />Director of Planning <br />SUBJECT: Briargrove Subdivision <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission, at their November 21, 1992 meeting discussed the <br />Briargrove Subdivision. This subdivision, which is located at "P" Street in the Lomax area <br />was initially approved a number of years ago as the Meadow Park Subdivision, Section II. <br />Since the date of original approval, the City has adopted a new Development Ordinance <br />• (# 1444). Harris County Flood Control (H.C.F.C.) has revised requirements for storm water <br />detention for properties in this area as well. The new detention requirements stalled the <br />developer's plans to proceed with the revised subdivision plat. <br />Since the November 21 meeting, several factors have changed. These include H.C.F.C. <br />withdrawing its objections to the original subdivision plan and a new developer becoming <br />involved with the project. Staff has been working with the new developer and will present <br />a fuller update and a revised plat at the April 16, meeting. <br />xc: Planning and Zoning Commission Members <br /> <br />
