• <br />• STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Approval as a preliminary plat under the old ordinance <br />under which it was started. <br />2. The following requirements should be applied: <br />a. Provide the City of La Porte with "as-built" <br />drawings and construction specifications on the <br />completed water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage. <br />b. Provide the City with construction and <br />specifications for the street construction. <br />c. Retest the water and sewer lines for compliance <br />with City requirements. <br />d. Provide the City with a Letter of Acceptance for <br />the constructed water, sanitary sewer and storm <br />drainage lines. <br />e. Provide engineering reports on the existing water <br />. pressures available to the subdivision, and execute <br />a Utility Extension Agreement for extension of the <br />12" water line from Underwood Road to the <br />subdivision if necessary. <br />f. Provide the City with any proposed deed <br />restrictions. <br />g. Provide the City with copies of any Homeowner's <br />Association Agreements which should include <br />additional assessment authority. <br />h. Relocate the 6" water line and the 2" gas line in <br />the drainage ditch on the north side of "P" Street <br />so that the drainage flow line can be lowered. <br />i. Provide for street lights and street signs to be <br />located within the subdivision. <br />j. Mow and reshape the drainage channel between North <br />"P" Street and Big Island Slough where the City <br />determines it to be necessary. <br />i <br />k. Construct headwalls at the drainage outfalls for <br />the street intersections along "P" Street. <br /> <br />
