CALL TO ORDER <br />Ronnie and Melody Elledge <br />Meeting was called to order by Chairman Waters at 6:02 PM. <br />U <br />II. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO NEW AND RE-APPOINTED PLANNING <br />AND ZONING COMMISSION MEMBERS <br />John Armstrong administered the oath of office to all of the Commission Members <br />simultaneously. <br />III. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CHAIRMAN <br />John Armstrong administered the oath of office for Chairman to Betty Waters. <br />IV. APPROVE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 18, 1992 PUBLIC HEARING AND <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />A motion was made by Doug Martin and seconded by Eugene Edmonds to approve <br />the minutes as submitted. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br /> <br />
