• <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Minutes of Apri121, 1994 <br />have now re-evaluated development options and are requesting that this tract be <br />returned to a P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) designation. The applicants are <br />also requesting the land use designation be changed to Mid to High Density <br />Residential. <br />Mr. Harrington stated that staff reviewed the intent and goals of the Comprehensive <br />Plan as they apply to this portion of the City. He stated the request appears to be <br />compatible with these goals, however, it will be necessary to amend the Land Use <br />component of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />Staffs recommendation to the Commission is; <br />1' Amend the Land Use component of the Comprehensive Plan <br />2 Recommend City Council approval of Rezoning Request R94-001, rezoning the <br />tract in question to P.U.D. <br />A. CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING REZONING <br />REQUEST R94-001. <br />A motion was made by Eugene Edmonds to approve R94-001. The motion was <br />seconded by Howard Ebow. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />VI.
