AFTER BEING OPENED AT THE MARCH 17, 1994, <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING, THIS HEARING WAS <br />TABLED WITH A MOTION TO RECONVENE AT THE APRIL 21, 1994, <br />COMMISSION MEETING. <br />• Chairman Waters reopened the Public Hearing at 6:08 P.M. <br />Mr. Harrington stated that when this replat request was initially presented to the <br />Commission, there were several issues that were still unresolved at the time of the <br />meeting. A motion was made to continue the hearing until this meeting. All of the <br />issues have now been resolved and staff is recommending approval of the Coronet <br />Estates/Battleground Estates Subdivision replat. <br />A.
