CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING <br />Chairman Waters closed the public hearing at 6:42 P.M. <br />V. ~ CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING SCU94-001. <br />Item deferred to the September 29, 1994, meeting. <br />VI. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT OF THE ROPES & ROLEXES SUBDIVISION. <br />Mr. Harrington noted the consideration should be for a revised preliminary plat and <br />not a final plat. <br />Inge Browder commented that the Commission had, at an earlier date, asked that the <br />applicants get approval from the Rolex Corporation to use their name. Mr. <br />Harrington stated that he was not aware if permission had been received, but would <br />note that as an outstanding item. <br />A motion was made by Inge Browder to approve the revised preliminary plat of the <br />Ropes and Rolexes Subdivision, pending a name change. The motion was seconded <br />by Chuck Engelken. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />VII. DISCUSS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATES <br />A. PEDESTRIAN PLAN <br />B. OPEN SPACE PLAN <br />Mr. Harrington reported staff review of the Open Space and Pedestrian Plan <br />components of the Comprehensive Plan revealed there have been many <br />accomplishments over the last ten years. In addition to the projects originally <br />outlined, the City has been able to provide numerous other amenities. Mr. <br />Harrington reviewed with the Commission, the original plans and their current status. <br />They are: <br />• <br />
