CONSIDER RECONIIVII;NDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING SCU94-004. <br />A motion was made by Eugene Edmonds to recommend to City Council, approval <br />of SCU94-004 with the following conditions: <br />1. The original landscape buffer being replanted. <br />2. The development of a new landscape buffer along the west face of the <br />proposed building to be located in the staging area. Planting shall be <br />approved by the Director of Planning prior to occupancy. <br />3. The stormwater detention facility is made a part of this P.U.D. and the <br />property owner shall be responsible for all maintenance of the facility. <br />4. Except as specifically amended, Special Conditional Use Permit <br />• #SCU90-002 will remain in effect. <br />The motion was seconded by Chuck Engelken. All were in favor and the motion <br />passed. <br />VI. CONSIDER THE REPEAT OF LOT 129; BLOCK 9; SPENWICK PLACE, <br />SECTION I, WHICH WAS TABLED AT THE OCTOBER 20, 1994, PLANNING <br />AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING. <br />A motion was made by Inge Browder to reconsider the replat of Lot 129. The <br />motion was seconded by Eugene Edmonds. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />Eugene Edmonds asked for clarification as to the size of house Mr. Schlott intended <br />to construct on the property. Mr. Edmonds stated the Commission was lead to <br />believe Mr. Schlott planned to construct a two story house, but in his letter to the <br />City he stated he would be building a single story house. Mr. Lewis pointed out that <br />Mr. Schlott considered a variety of floor plans including one for a two story home. <br />He ultimately decided to construct a single story dwelling that could be sited in a <br />manner that would comply with setback requirements and also to save several <br />existing trees. <br />A motion was made by Eugene Edmonds to approve the replat of Lot 129; Block 9; <br />• Spenwick Place, Section I. The motion was seconded by Inge Browder. All were in <br />favor and the motion passed. <br />
