• • <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />DECEMBER 15, 1994 <br />Members Present: Chairman Betty Waters, Commission Members Chuck <br />Engelken, Dottie Kaminski, Eugene Edmonds, Inge Browder, <br />Margaret Anderson, Howard Ebow <br />Members Absent: <br />City Staff Present: Director of Planning Charles Harrington, Assistant City <br />Attorney John Armstrong, Planning Secretary Peggy Lee <br />Others Present: <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Meeting was called to order by Chairman Waters at 6:00 PM. <br />II. APPROVE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 17, 1994, PUBLIC HEARING AND <br />REGULAR MEETING. <br />A motion was made by Howard Ebow to approve the minutes. The motion was <br />seconded by Chuck Engelken. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />III. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE GLEN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION, <br />SECTION VI. <br />Mr. Harrington presented staffs report. He noted the Commission granted <br />Preliminary Plat approval for this section March 17, 1994. Staffs review found the <br />Final Plat and supporting documentation to be in compliance with applicable <br />ordinances. Staff recommended approval of the Final Plat. <br />A motion was made by Inge Browder to grant approval of the Glen Meadows <br />Subdivision Section VI Final Plat. The motion was seconded by Dottie Kaminski. <br />All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />IV. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE COLLEGEVIEW SUBDIVISION, <br />WHICH IS TO BE LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF LUELLA BOULEVARD <br />BETWEEN SPENCER HIGHWAY AND OAKHAVEN ROAD. <br />Mr. Harrington presented staffs report. He noted the Collegeview Subdivision is <br />• classified as a major subdivision and requires a three step approval process. The first <br />
