• • <br />• Page 2 of 2 <br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Minutes of December 15, 1994 <br />step was General Plan approval, granted by the Commission November 17, 1994. <br />Steps two and three are Preliminary and Final Plat approvals and for this particular <br />subdivision are now being undertaken simultaneously. <br />Staffs review of the Preliminary and Final Plat submittals found them to comply with <br />all applicable requirements. Staff recommended plat approval subject to payment <br />for street lighting and parkland dedication. <br />A motion was made by Eugene Edmonds to approve the amending plat of the <br />Collegeview Subdivision subject to payment for street lighting and parkland <br />dedication. The motion was seconded by Howard Ebow. All were in favor and the <br />motion passed. <br />V. STAFF REPORTS <br />Due to the Chamber of Commerce installation banquet to be held oar January 19, <br />Mr. Harrington asked the Commission if they would be in favor of changing the <br />January meeting date from the 19th to the 18th. The Commission agreed January <br />18, would be the next meeting date. <br />• John Armstrong reported he attended a very beneficial conference at Southwest <br />Legal Foundation's Institute on Planning, Zoning, & Eminent Domain. <br />VI.
