In the case of this project, the Minor <br />Development Site Plan should be prepared in a form that is proper for filing and <br />recordation with the Harris County Department of Deed Records. This has not <br />been done as of yet. The applicant has, however, provided a detailed <br />architectural site plan that provides a substantial portion of the information <br />required for review of the application. <br />While final approval of the P.U.D. should be withheld until the site plan is <br />submitted, reviewed and approved, the site plan currently in the City's possession <br />is adequate for determining overall compliance with ordinance guidelines.
