The Zoning <br />Ordinance requires (based on 61 units), fifteen tenant spaces, plus one per <br />staff member.. Staff member parking would be based on maximum <br />employees working on a single shift and not total employees. <br />• The proposed location, arrangement and general dimensions of all <br />truck loading facilities, if appropriate. <br />Loading bay location and configuration are acceptable. <br />• The location and dimensions of all vehicular entrances, exits and <br />driveways and their relationship to all existing or proposed district or <br />development examples for each housing type. <br />Driveway access to the P.U.D. will be from Fairmont Parkway. <br />Driveway, locations, dimensions, and configurations are adequate. <br />• The location and dimensions of all walls, fences, and plantings <br />• designed to screen the proposed district or development from adjacent <br />uses. <br />More information is needed regarding these issues.
