PROPONENTS <br />Dorothy Stevens, the applicant, addressed the Commission. Ms. Stevens <br />briefly explained why she felt a zone change would be beneficial for this <br />area. She also submitted a signature list she obtained from area residents <br />who are in favor of the zone change. <br />The following people spoke in favor of the request and everyone felt that <br />a beauty salon would be an asset to the neighborhood and encouraged the <br />Commission to approve the request. <br />Curtis Gabriel, 615tfz S.
