All were in f avor and the motion <br />passed. <br />VII. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE GENERAL PLAN FOR SPENCER <br />LANDING SUBDIVISION. <br />Mr. Rankin presented staff's report. The General Plan for Spencer Landing <br />Subdivision was presented during the March 20~' meeting. At that time it was called <br />Spencer Lake. There were several issues the Commission was concerned about, one <br />being a large hole that was to serve as a fishing pond/detention area. The <br />Commission disapproved the General Plan as presented. The Developer has revised <br />the plan and is now resubmitting. Staff reviewed the General Plan and <br />recommended approval. <br />A motion was made by Eugene Edmonds to approve the General Plan for the <br />Spencer Landing Subdivision. The motion was seconded by Jim Zoller. All were in <br />favor and the motion passed. <br />Mr. Rankin stated there was a request to hold a special called meeting in early May to <br />consider the Preliminary Plat for Spencer Landing and the amended General Plan for <br />Boncosky Services. The Commission agxeed to conduct a Special Called Meeting at <br />6:00 PM on May 1". <br />VIII. STAFF REPORTS <br />Mr. Rankin stated that Bayou Forest Apts. was originally scheduled to be on the <br />Agenda for tonight's meeting. Staff has requested the submittal of a General Plan <br />for the entire 107 acre tract rather than just the 17 acre P.U.D. <br />Ix.
