Staff Report Replat of Outlot 37, La Porte Outlots May 15,1997 <br />Reauested Bv: Harold & Sue Sabin on behalf of James Furlow, property owner <br />Reauested For: Outlot 37, LaPorte Outlots <br />Location: 11,600 Block of North D Street <br />Present Zoning: Low Density Residential (R-1) <br />Background: Outlot 37 is a 3.36 acre outlot located in the La Porte Outlots Subdivision. <br />The applicants are, as illustrated on Exhibit A, proposing to divide the <br />property into two tracts. Tract 37-A will be a 2.568 acre tract while Lot 37- <br />B will be a 0.7920 acre tract. Also, the applicants have provided a 16' <br />common ingess and egress easement for the two tracts. Each of the tracts <br />will be used as a site for a single family home. <br />Analysis: Under the terms of Section 4.07 of Development Ordinance1444, a replat of <br />all or a portion of a subdivision may be released for recordation and deemed <br />valid and controlling when the following conditions have been satisfied: <br />• The plat has been signed and acknowledged by only the owners of the <br />particular property which is being replatted or resubdivided. <br />A survey and a separate document signed.by.the.owner, Mr. Furlow, <br />was: ~royided...
