Outlot 37 Replat - La Pon~utlots Subdivision • <br />5/15/97 - P & Z Meeting <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />We, therefore, recommend Commission approval with the condition that the <br />replat not be released for recordation until the following items have been <br />satisfied: <br />1) Amend survey/plat to include a title block: Replat of Outlot 37, La <br />Porte Outlots. <br />2) Amend survey/plat to include the Owners Acknowledgement <br />(Appendix D, Enclosure 1). Include language clarifying the <br />ingress/egress easement. Language should be similar to when <br />private streets are established. <br />3) Amend survey/plat to include the City Approving Authority <br />Certificate (Appendix D, Enclosure 3). <br />4) Amend survey/plat to .include the Harris County Clerk Filing <br />Statement (Appendix D, Enclosure 6). <br />5) Amend survey/plat to include the owner's acknowledgement and <br />signature for the replat. <br />6) All signatures required on the plat are obtained prior to formal <br />recordation. <br />7) Identify the existing house and larger lot as Tract 37-A and <br />identify the proposed smaller tract as Tract 37-B. <br />8) A recorded mylar is provided to the City. <br />9) Public hearing costs of $39.10 must be paid by the applicant. <br />10) Money in lieu of parkland in the amount of $350.00 must be paid by <br />the applicant. <br />
