Mc <br />Kinstry, Abst. 47, which is further described as 1706 South 16th <br />Street, La Porte, Texas. <br /> <br />Planned Unit Development (p.UD.) with Special Conditional Use <br />Permit #96-003. <br /> <br />Trucking Operation with Tank Truck Cleaning <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission at their May 1, 1997 meeting <br />granted Approval of the General Plan for this development. This <br />approval included three required changes and subsequent <br />submittal of an original, signed general plan mylar for the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission files. <br /> <br />At the same meeting, the Commission granted Conditional <br />Approval of the Preliminary Plat, Phase I. The Conditional <br />Approval outlined conditions that must be satisifed before the <br />applicant could receive approval of said plat. <br /> <br />The approval of the preliminary plat is required before the <br />applicant may proceed with the next step (i.e. final plat approval). <br /> <br />Commission Approval of the "Amended" Preliminary Plat will <br />allow the applicant to submit the Final Plat for consideration by the <br />Commission. <br />
