Planning and Zoning Aission <br />Minutes of March 19, 1998 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />Gringo's is planning to construct a strip center over two pieces of <br />property and has requested the replat to establish one lot of record. <br />Three notices were mailed to adjacent property owners. No <br />responses were received. <br />Staff reviewed the replat request for part of Lot 10, Block 2, W.J. <br />Payne Subdivision and found it to be in order. Approval of the <br />replat was recommended by staff. <br />Mr. Jetty asked if the property in question is the same that Gringo's <br />is now using for overflow parking. Mr. Rankin confirmed. <br />1. PROPONENTS <br />There were none. <br />2. OPPONENTS <br />There were none. <br />B. DISCUSS REPLAT FOR A PART OF COMMERCIAL RESERVE <br />"E" NOT PART OF SUBDIVISION", FAIRMONT PARK EAST, <br />SECTION I WHICH IS ALSO KNOWN AS 10815 AND 10817 <br />FAIRMONT PARKWAY. THE REPLAT HAS BEEN REQUESTED <br />TO ESTABLISH THE DEVELOPED PROPERTY AS LOTS 1 AND <br />2 WITH COMMON AREA, BLOCK 1, FT & MC SUBDIVISION. <br />Mr. Rankin noted that 15 notices were mailed to adjacent property <br />owners. One reply was received in favor of the replat; none <br />opposed, and two returned undeliverable. <br />Mr. Rankin stated that Mark Woods and Frank Fidelibus have <br />requested the replat for a 0.8302 acre tract of land located at 10815 <br />and 10817 Fairmont Parkway. <br />Staffs review of the replat found it to be in order. Staff <br />recommended approval. <br />V. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING <br />Chairperson Waters closed the Public Hearings at 6:15 PM. <br />
