Planning and Zoning Co ission • <br />Minutes of March 19, 1998 <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />VI. CONSIDER REPLAT OF PART OF LOT 10, BLOCK 2, W.J. PAYNE <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />A motion was made by Sandie Staniszewski to approve the Replat of Part <br />of Lot 10, Block 2, W.J. Payne Subdivision with the condition that it not be <br />released for recordation until the following items have been satisfied. <br />1. As required by Section 4.07, language on the plat shall be <br />amended as follows: <br />a. Delete paragraph (4) — does not apply. <br />b. Delete paragraph (5) — does not apply. <br />C. Show name of secretary in acknowledgement <br />execution. <br />d. Add name of county and amend language of notary <br />acknowledgement to comply with Appendix F, <br />Enclosure 2, Pg. 3. <br />e. Add name of county and amend language of <br />lienholders statement to comply with Appendix D, <br />Enclosure 2, Pg. 10. <br />f. Add Harris County Clerk Filing Statement per <br />Appendix D, Enclosure 6, Pg. 15. <br />g. Correct county clerk's name in recorded map return <br />agreement. <br />2. All signatures required on the plat shall be obtained prior to <br />formal recordation. <br />3. The applicant shall pay a $50.00 fee to the City for the <br />county filing of the 24" x 36" plat. <br />4. The applicant shall pay public hearing costs of $36.80. <br />5. Include a statement requiring the installation of a sidewalk <br />upon development of the lot. - <br />The motion was seconded by Melton Wolters. All were in favor and the <br />motion passed. <br />VII. CONSIDER REPLAT OF PART OF COMMERCIAL RESERVE "E" "NOT <br />PART OF SUBDIVISION", FAIRMONT PARK EAST, SECTION I. <br />A motion was made by Melton Wolters to approve the Replat of <br />Commercial Reserve "E" "Not Part of Subdivision", Fairmont Park East, <br />Section I, with the condition that it not be released for recordation until the <br />following items have been satisfied. <br />
