Delete paragraph (4) — does not apply. <br />b. Delete paragraph (5) — does not apply. <br />C. Add the name of the county on the notary <br />acknowledgements. <br />d. Add the Recorded Map Agreement Certificate per Appendix <br />D, Enclosure 7, Pg. 16. <br />2. All signatures required on the plat shall be obtained prior to <br />formal recordation. <br />3. The applicant shall pay a $50.00 fee to the City for the <br />county filing of the 24" x 36" plat. <br />4. The applicant shall pay public hearing cost of $41.40. <br />The motion was seconded by Jim Zoller. All were in favor and the motion <br />passed. <br />VIII. STAFF REPORTS <br />Mr. Rankin informed the Commission that Friday, March 20th is the <br />deadline for consultants to submit their Request for Qualifications for the <br />upcoming Comprehensive Plan update. <br />Plans have been approved for an apartment complex located at the corner <br />of Spencer and Luella. The project will be Grade A with 134 units. <br />Pecan Crossing, Section III will soon be submitted. <br />Spencer Landing Section I is underway. <br />Eddie Gray has submitted a sketched General Plan for the east side of <br />Driftwood in Fairmont Park. <br />Several major commercial projects are underway. <br />An updated New Commercial Business List for 1997 and to date will be <br />distributed at the next meeting. <br />The in fill homebuilders are doing well. <br />A lawsuit has been brought against the City of La Porte regarding a Flood <br />Variance. <br />
