CONSIDER REPLAT OF PART OF A 0.6516 ACRE TRACT BEING <br />PART OF COMMERCIAL RESERVE TRACT 4 OF TRACT 31 OF THE <br />W. JONES SURVEY, A-482. <br />A motion was made by Sandie Staniszewski to approve the Replat of a <br />0.6516 acre tract being part of Commercial Reserve Tract 4 of Tract 31 of <br />the W. Jones Survey, A-482, with the condition that it not be released for <br />recordation until the following item has been satisfied. <br />The applicant must pay public hearing costs of $36.80. <br />The motion was seconded by Jim Zoller. All were in favor and the motion <br />passed. <br />VI. CONSIDER REPLAT OF A 0.8453 ACRE TRACT, WHICH IS PART OF <br />COMMERCIAL RESERVE "E" "NOT PART OF SUBDIVISION', <br />FAIRMONT PARK EAST, SECTION I. <br />A motion was made by Melton Wolters to approve the Replat of a 0.8453 <br />acre tract which is part of Commercial Reserve "E" "Not Part of <br />Subdivision", Fairmont Park East, Section I. with the condition that the plat <br />not be released for recordation until the following item has been satisfied. <br />The applicant must pay public hearing costs of $36.80. <br />The motion was seconded by Dottie Kaminski. All were in favor and the <br />motion passed. <br />VII. CONSIDER PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PECAN CROSSING <br />SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE. <br />Mr. Rankin reported that Section Three of Pecan Crossing Subdivision is <br />located approximately 1,800 feet west of Underwood Road. Staff has <br />reviewed the plat, and with everything found to be in order, recommended <br />Commission approval. <br />A motion was made by Melton Wolters to approve the Preliminary Plat for <br />Pecan Crossing Subdivision, Section Three. The motion was seconded <br />by Jim Zoller. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />VIII. CONSIDER GENERAL PLAN FOR FAIRMONT PARK EAST <br />SUBDIVISION, SECTIONS FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT, AND NINE. <br />Mr. Rankin reported that the property in question is located on the east <br />side of Driftwood, between Spencer & Fairmont.
