David Booth, of Landmark Interest, <br />has made application for a Special Conditional Use Permit for property located at <br />2915 North 23'~ Street. The applicant intends to develop amini-storage <br />warehouse south of the Public Works facility. <br />Staff recommended approval of the request. <br />A. PROPONENTS <br />The applicant, David Boothe, spoke in favor of the project and <br />asked the Commission to consider approval of his request. <br />B. OPPONENTS <br />There were none. <br />VII. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />Chairperson Waters closed the public hearing at 6:15 PM. <br />VIII. CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL FOR SPECIAL <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #SCU99-003. <br />Motion by Sandie Staniszewski to recommend City Council approval of Special <br />Conditional Use Permit#SCU99-03 with the following conditions: <br />1. This special conditional use permit is invalid until a formal Minor <br />Development Site Plan has been submitted to the City; reviewed and <br />approved in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance #1444. <br />2. This special conditional use permit is specifically limited to the mini- <br />storage warehouse (Phase I) as defined in SIC #4225. <br />3. Payment shall be made to the City for the cost of the public hearing. <br />Motion seconded by James Zoiter. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />IX. CONSIDER GENERAL PLAN OF PROPOSED MINI-STORAGE WAREHOUSE <br />TO BE LOCATED AT 2915 NORTH 23RD STREET. <br />Staffs report presented by Mr. Malik.
