CALL TO ORDER <br />Meeting called to order by Chairperson Waters at 6:00 PM. <br />II. APPROVE MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 20, 2001, REGULAR MEETING. <br />Motion by Dottie Kaminski to approve the Minutes of September 20, 2001. Second <br />by Pamela Baldwin. Motion carried with all in favor. <br />III.. CONSIDER REQUEST FOR A TIME EXTENSION ON A SPECIAL <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMTI #SCU00-001 GRANTED TO EDDIE •DUTKO, <br />• GENERAL PARTNER, FOREST HOLDINGS, LTD. FOR PARK FOREST <br />APARTMENTS SUBDIVISION. - <br />City Planner Gwen Goodwin presented staff's report. On October 9, 2000, City Council <br />granted Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU00-001 to Eddie Dutko for development of <br />Park Forest Apartments Subdivision in the 1200 Block of McCabe Road. Terms of the <br />Permit require construction to commence within one year.from the date of issuance and <br />failure to do so, voids the permit. The Planning and Zoning Commission may grant a <br />one-year extension at the applicant's request. Mr. Dutko has requested an extension <br />citing unforeseen reasons for the delay. <br />Staff recommended approval of the one-year extension. <br />Motion by Melton Wolters to grant Eddie Dutko a one-year extension for Special <br />Conditional Use Permit #SCU00-001. Second by Ralph Dorsett. All were in favor - <br />and the motion carried. <br />IV. CONSIDER PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR SPENCER LANDING, SECTION 4. <br />Ms. Goodwin presented staff's report. Thy proposed Spencer Landing, Section 4, is <br />located south of North "D"Street and consists of two blocks and 421ots. The <br />Preliminary Plat has been reviewed by staff and found to comply with Development <br />Ordinance requirements. Staff recommended approval of the plat. <br />
