The motion carried. <br />Ayes: Lawler, Kaminski, Dorsett, Morris, Finch, and Waters <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />VIII. STAFF REPORTS <br />Ms. Goodwin reported on the following: <br />a) ANALYTIC STRESS . <br />On May 15, ~ 2003, the Commission denied a rezone request for Analytic Stress. The <br />applicant has since withdrawn the request; therefore it will not be forwarded to Council <br />for consideration. ' <br />b) GSL, INC. <br />The Commission previously tabled a request from GSL, Inc. to rezone the site of an <br />industrial warehouse at 3337 Canada Rd from R-2 to PUD. The company's <br />representative is unable to move forward at this time and staff is unable to contact the <br />owner. The rezone request is in limbo pending further action. <br />c) CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH <br />The Commission previously tabled a request from Christ Lutheran Church for a Special <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow a lodging retreat and a senior's assisted living complex. <br />The applicant has submitted a letter withdrawing the request from further <br />consideration. <br />Copies of the City's Bicycle /Pedestrian Plan will soon be provided to Commission Members. <br />The Subcommittee will meet Monday, June 23~ at 1:30 P.M. <br />Ix ADJouRN <br />Chairperson Waters declared the meeting adjourned at 6:45 P.M. <br />Su miffed by, <br />Peg <br />Planning Secretary <br />Approved on this~~ day of , 2003. <br />ters • <br />P and Zoning Commission Chairperson <br />
