CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />Chairperson Waters closed the public hearing at 6:25 P.M. <br />V. CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING REZONE #R03- <br />005. <br />Motion by Ralph Dorsett to recommend Ciry Council approval of Rezone #R03-005. Second by <br />Ross Morris. The motion carried. <br />Ayes: Finch, Lawler, Kaminski, Morris, Dorsett, and Waters <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />VI. CONSIDER GRANTING EXTENSION OF SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />#SCU02-002 REQUESTED BY MR. STUART IiAYNSWORTH. <br />Ms. Goodwin presented staffs report. <br />Motion by Ross Morris to grant a one year extension for Special Conditional Use Permit <br />#SCU02-002. Second by Dottie Kaminski. T1~e motion carried. <br />Ayes: Lawler, Kaminski, Dorsett, Morris, Finch, and Waters <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />VII. CONSIDER PRELIMINARY PLAT (REVISED) FOR SENS ROAD BUSINESS <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK. <br />Ciry Planner, Gwen Goodwin, presented staffs report. Staff recommended approval of the <br />preliminary plat, with conditions. <br />Motion by Ross Morris to approve the revised Preluninary Plat for Sens Rd. Business Industrial <br />Pazk with the following conditions: <br />1. Add a statement on the plat that: "No direct access to Sens Road All lots to have access <br />from the internal subdivision streets." <br />2. Add a statement on the plat that "If the developer opts to build streets to his standards, then <br />the maintenance shall be the sole responsibility of the Owner/Developer.° <br />3. Final Plat must demonstrate an easement, dedicated to the Ciry of La Porte, that provides <br />access through private property for drainage purposes. <br />4. Final construction drawings shall indicate off-site drainage improvements to ensure proper <br />drainage of the adjacent property. <br />5. Final Plat and construction drawings shall provide details showing 12' perimeter around the <br />detention basin. <br />6. Detention pond will be the sole responsibility of the owner/developer. <br />7. Submit a copy of the subdivision covenants and restrictions which include: <br />
