PROPONENTS <br />Price Blalock, 2122 Toddville, Seabrook, owner, addressed the Commission. Me. <br />Blalock spoke about drainage and possible alley closings. <br />Don Czamesky, 292 Litchfield, Houston, representing the seller, BPM Interests,. . <br />addressed - the Commission. Mr. Czamesky believes the requested use <br />represents the highest and best use for the property. <br />C. OPPONENTS <br />There were none: <br />Bernard LeGrand, - 3115 Layne Court, neither in .favor nor opposed, questioned what the <br />property would look like..
