Broadway, adjacent to the <br />Bay Forest Golf Course. <br />Staff feels the zone change will have a negative impact on surrounding properties and <br />recommended denial. <br />The City mailed notification to seven property owners. Two responses were received in <br />favor of the zone change. <br />Proponents: None <br />'Opponents = <br />Dean Snider, 202 Bay Colony Dr., is opposed to the zone change, citing it would be' a. <br />negative impact on adjacent housing and the golf course. <br />Motion by Nick Barrera to recommend to City Council, denial of Rezone Request #R04- <br />004 for t2 acres of land located in the 2100 block. of South Broadway.
