DISCUSS RURAL, LARGE LOT SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. <br />Chairperson Waters spoke about the town meeting held to discuss the proposed rural, large lot single- <br />family residential zoning district. <br />The Commission was provided a list made up of individuals willing to serve on the district's review <br />committee. At the town meeting, Wayne Knox told Commission Member Doretta Finch he was <br />interested in serving on the committee. Board of Adjustment Chairperson Sidney Grant contacted <br />Chairperson Waters and asked to be placed on the committee. Doretta Finch will also serve on the <br />committee. Commission Member Nick Barrera will facilitate the meetings, which will be held on the first <br />Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers. <br />STAFF REPORTS <br />There were no staff reports. <br />7.
