• • <br />Under no circumstances does the city intend to convey that there is an explicit or implied <br />right for a median cut to exist for any single ormulti-family residential driveway. <br />B. Commercial and Industrial applications <br />1. Median openings may be constructed to serve commercial and/or industrial driveways <br />provided that the minimum spacing requirements found in Chapter 6, Article 6.03, <br />Section J are met. Left-turn lanes may be provided at all median openings and may be <br />required by the City of La Porte where the city deems it necessary. Such new <br />construction, when not initiated by the City of La Porte, will be at the expense of the <br />developer. <br />?. Median openings for street intersections and commercial and/or industrial driveways may <br />be moved, closed or modified at the discretion of the City to facilitate traffic flow.
