Nature Preserve dedication instrument, ownership and responsibility for its maintenance must be <br />'established and noted on the plat. <br /> <br />. Coordinate with the developer to the north for the construction of a 24" trunk main, the portion of the <br />lift station to be built north of the site, and off-site lift station that needs to be upgraded to handle both <br />north and south developments. <br /> <br />. Show other features like Wetlands delineation, SW Bell Station, and public parkland. <br /> <br />Options available to the Commission are as follows: <br /> <br />. Approval of the Preliminary Plat, as filed. This will authorize the developer to proceed with the final plat <br />submittal. <br /> <br />. Conditional approval of the Preliminary Plat as filed. This will require the developer to address the <br />conditions and resubmit the Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />. Disapproval of the Preliminary Plat as filed. This will require the developer to file a new Preliminary Plat. <br />
