CONSIDER REPLAT FOR PROPOSED RETREAT AT BAYFOREST NORTH TO BE <br />LOCATED ALONG SOUTH BROADWAY. <br /> <br />Mr. Malik presented staffs report on a request by Don Meeks for a replat of Bayforest <br />North Subdivision located along South Broadway. The previous plat approval included <br />18 lots, which would be reduced to 16 lots if approved as requested. <br /> <br />Don Peebles, of Goldston Engineering, answered questions from the Commission. <br /> <br />Staff recommended approval of the replat and outlined the items that should be <br />completed prior to recordation of the plat <br /> <br />Motion by Claude Meharg to approve the replat of Bayforest North Subdivision with the <br />following items being addressed prior to recordation of the plat: <br /> <br />· All construction improvements are complete at site. <br />· Fencing specifications and standards shall be stated in the CCRs and must be <br />approved by the City. <br />· Sidewalks shall be installed along both sides of all public streets and along the south <br />side of South US" Street up to South Broadway. <br />· Payment of $244.36 shall be made to the City for street sign installation. <br />· Payments of $2,530.00 and $1,896.36 shall be made to the City for streetlight <br />installation and one-year service cost respectively. <br />· Payment of $9,450.00 shall be made to the City in lieu of parkland dedication (vested <br />under previous ordinance). <br /> <br />Second by Paul Berner.
