<br />Planning & Zoning Commission <br />May 15,2008 <br />Page 2 of2 <br /> <br />SU22ested Requirements: <br /> <br />Tables as per Section 106-441 and Section 106-443, showing existing and proposed uses <br />with regulations are provided for consideration pertains to permitted uses and regulations for <br />CR Zoning District: <br /> <br />Conclusion & Recommendation: <br /> <br />In order to clarify the Planning and Zoning Commission, City Council's intentions, goals <br />and objectives of the La Porte Comprehensive Plan, it is the intent to establish procedures <br />and standards for developing a CR District while ensuring that all applicable land use <br />requirements are achieved and available resources are used productively and efficiently. <br /> <br />Actions available to the Commission are as follows: <br /> <br />. Recommend to Council approval for proposed amendments to the Code of <br />Ordinances pertaining to Commercial Recreation (CR) zoning district, adopt <br />boundaries, uses, area regulations, and rezone from Medium Density Residential <br />(R-2), High Density Residential (R-3), and Neighborhood Commercial (NC) to <br />Commercial Recreation (CR) District. <br />. Recommend to Council approval of a revised version of the above. <br />. Recommend to Council denial for the above amendments. <br />. Table this item for further consideration by the Commission. <br />
