<br /> <br />LAPORTE DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />APPENDIX E, DEVELOPMENT SITE PLANS (Page 1) <br /> <br />This appendix to the La Porte Development Ordinance <br />prescribes criteria for the preparation of Development Site <br />Plans and the information which must be submitted therewith. <br />Development Plats may be prepared by any qualified planning <br />consultant but must be certified by the owner and by a <br />Texas-registered engineer or land surveyor. <br /> <br />A. GRAPHIC CONTENTS (See Appendix F) <br /> <br />1. Name of Development (Cannot be a duplicate of any <br />other name used within the City's jurisdiction) <br /> <br />2. Type of development (See La Porte Development <br />Checklist) <br /> <br />3. Description of land within proposed development: <br />"_._ acres out of the Survey, <br />Abstract Number _, Harris County, Texas." <br /> <br />4. Name of owner (If a company or corporation, list <br />name and title of authorized representative). <br /> <br />5. Name of developer (If a company or corporation, <br />list name and title of authorized representative). <br /> <br />6. Name of planning consultant <br /> <br />7. Filing date (date of City Planning and Zoning <br />Commission Review Meeting) <br /> <br />8. Scale of Plat <br /> <br />9. Legal description of development: Subdivision <br />recording information and section, block, and lot <br />number or reserve designation or metes and bounds <br />description of property boundary. <br /> <br />10. North arrow (Pointing to top of sheet) <br /> <br />11. Key map (to show relation of development to <br />surrounding streets, railroads, and water courses. <br /> <br />12.
