AQlEcent_~rQ~~LtY: Indicate name, location and <br />recording information for adjacent developments, <br />streets, easements, water courses, acreage tracts, <br />and other natural or manmade features. <br /> <br />14. Topogra~x: Define high banks and flow lines of <br />water courses. . Define post-development limits of <br />other natural or man-made physical development <br />obstacles. <br /> <br />15. Building lines: Indicate building lines adjacent <br />to all street right of ways. <br /> <br />16. Mobile home parks: Show proposed layout of mobile <br />home sites and reserves. Number sites and blocks <br />consecutively. Draw boundaries of sites the same <br />way as for subdivision lots (See Appendix D). <br />Indicate size of each site in square feet. <br />Designate usage of each reserve, such as <br />recreation, laundry drying, and dead storage. <br />Detail site plan as described below. <br /> <br />17. Reserves: Draw boundaries for and designate area <br />(in square' feet and acres) for reserves dedicated <br />for restricted usages, such as those for drainage, <br />recreation, parkland, or other uses (indicate <br />usage). Unrestricted reserves are not permitted <br />within the boundaries of Development Site Plans. <br /> <br />18. Building Footprints: Draw the footprint of each <br />building site and show overall dimensions and <br />building type for .each building. Show shortest <br />distances from each building to nearest building <br />and property line. <br /> <br />19. Pro Dosed Topographic Changes <br />fill changes to the site. <br /> <br />Including cut and <br /> <br />20. Other site improvements: Draw perimeter of, <br />dimension, and identify type and usage of each <br />additional structure or site improvement, including <br />parking lots, security lighting, driveways, curb <br />cuts, culverts, water lines, fire hydrants, <br />sanitary sewers, storm drains, natural gas lines, <br />electrical lines, telephone lines, walkways, <br />landscaping and other site improvements. <br />
