<br />Wrecker Committee <br />Minutes of June 2, 2009 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br />Tim Tietjens asked Mr. Tine about the undefined vehicle on his application. Mr. Tine confirmed <br />Reliance Ford will own the vehicle. <br /> <br />Motion by Tim Tietjens to grant an emergency auto wrecker permit to Reliance Ford for a 2000 <br />Chevrolet 3500 HD vehicle and additionally to grant conditional approval of an emergency auto <br />wrecker permit to Reliance Ford for a yet to be determined vehicle, with said permit effective at <br />a point in time when all required documentation has been received and determined to be <br />acceptable. Second by Martha Gillett. The motion carried with all in favor. <br /> <br />7. Administrative Reports <br /> <br />There were no administrative reports. <br /> <br />8. Committee Comments <br /> <br />A. Matters appearing on agenda <br /> <br />Lt. Rice asked Mr. Tine about the wrecker vehicle listed on his application. Mr. Tine <br />confirmed Reliance Ford has contracted with Fast Eddies, who owns the vehicle and will <br />base it at the home residence listed on the application. <br /> <br />Mr. Tietjens commented that the Committee's approval in no way impacts any deed <br />restrictions that may be violated by having a commercial vehicle parked in a deed <br />restricted area. <br /> <br />B. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy. <br /> <br />There were no inquiries of staff. <br /> <br />9.
