LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />TRACT 2 <br />A tract of land containing 9,000,5760 sq. ft. (0.2066 acres) being out of <br />and a part of Tract 14, Lot 6, W. B. Root Subdivision, in the William M. <br />Jones Survey, A-482, Harris County, Texas, said 9,000.5760 sq.-ft. (0.2066 <br />acres) tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows <br />to -wit: <br />BEGINNING at a 5/8" iron rod found on the west line of Spencer Highway Estates <br />Section 1, as recorded in Volume 38, Page 57 of the Map Records of Harris <br />County, Texas, said point marking the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 1, <br />Spencer Highway Estates, Section 1, and the northwest intersection of Bernard <br />Street (60' wide) and Montgomery Lane (60' wide); <br />THENCE S 000 16' 00" E, along and with the west line of aforesaid Spencer <br />Highway Estates, Section 1, and with the westerly right-of-way line of afore- <br />said Bernard Street, a distance of 182.90' to a 5/8" iron rod set for corner; <br />THENCE S 890 46' 00" W, a distance of 69.79' to a 5/8" iron rod set for corner, <br />said point being on the southeasterly line of a Harris County Flood Control <br />Easement (55' wide); <br />THENCE N 120 25' 30" E, along and with the southeasterly line of aforesaid <br />Harris County Flood Control Easement a distance of 187.58' to a 5/8" iron rod <br />set for corner; <br />THENCE East, a distance of 28.58' to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing <br />9,000.5760 sq. ft.
