If a nonconforming use is changed to a use per- <br />mitted in a more restrictive district or to a conforming use, it <br />shall not be changed bac:.{ to a use of the original less restrictive <br />district. <br />• 11-105 If a nonconforming use of any structure or premises is discon- <br />tinued for a period of one (1) year, the use of the same shall <br />thereafter conform to the requirements of the district in which <br />it is located.
