As propOSed the rear of tl;e John's house will be located <br />approximately two feet from the closest utility line (underground <br />electrical conduit). This is tl;e minimum distance which will allow <br />for safe separaticn between tl?e hov~se and utilities. The overall rear <br />setback will be seventy (70) feet.
