"Special Exceptions...shall be granted...only when <br />the~3oard finds t'nat such .Special Exception will not adve~°sely affect <br />the value and use of adjacent or neighboring property or be contrary <br />to the best public interest." <br />The Board, based on their own analysis an public input must decide <br />what the best public interest is in regards to this request. _.
