Mr. Andre told the Board he <br />purchased the property for a tank wash operation. At <br />the time of purchase, its use was allowed within light <br />industrial zoning and changed after purchase through <br />City Council adoption of revisions to the Zoning <br />Ordinance. He further stated that the company would be <br />cleaning only the trucks carrying medical and food <br />• grade materials. No hazardous materials would be <br />involved. Cleaning of the tanks would consist of a <br />high pressure hose using cold water which then flows <br />into a holding tank at which time it is recycled for <br />•~;. future use. If any plastic residue is left, it too is <br />- - recycled and sold to individual companies.
