Second by Charles Schoppe. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br /> <br />Mr. Malik reported there will be no meeting in December due to the holiday. Mr. Malik provided a brief <br />update on the following current developments: <br /> <br />· Lakes at Fairmont Greens, Section 1: Construction Drawings and Plat have been approved by <br />the City and will be recorded at Harris County; Developers will start building the first week in <br />January. <br />· Service Station and Shopping Center is under construction in the Lomax area along Sens and P <br />Street <br />· Medical Office and Shopping Center on Fairmont Parkway is under construction <br /> <br />6.
