<br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Porter at 6:00 p.m.

<br /> 3. Mayor Porter led the Pledge of Allegiance.
<br /> 4. Council to consider approving minutes of the Regular Meeting and Workshop Meeting of
<br /> the La Porte City Council held on July 28, 2008. - M. Gillett
<br /> Motion was made by Councilmember Engelken to approve the minutes as
<br /> written. Councilmember Mosteit seconded the motion. Motion carried.
<br /> Ayes: Mosteit, Clausen, Rigby, Moser, Black, Malone, Engelken, Ebow and Porter.
