Employee of the Third Quarter The City of La Porte is pleased to recognize George Molnar, Equipment Services Supervisor, in the Public Works department, as the Employee of the Third Quarter 2012. George has been in the department for over seventeen years and was promoted to the supervisor position in June of thi In August of this year, HR had the task of completing a lengthy good while for the Citys Liability Insurance Carrier. A signif this report involves listing assets and their values. Each department was tasked with updati process, a large portion was assigned to George. George went th accurate document. Rather than simply handwriting the updates, George requested a s the carrier and proceeded to meticulously check each item and co of which items were no longer in inventory and which items were new. Georges section of the report was the most thorough, accurate and easy to read. Although not glamorous task, this work is an indication of Georges character. He went above and beyond, he up his sleeves to help another department and he took pride in tTherefore, it is my honor to recognize George Molnar as Employee of the Third Quarter.
