REPORTS <br /> <br />(a) <br />Receive report of the La Porte Development Corporation Board Councilmember Engelken <br />Councilmember Engelken provided a report of the La Porte Development Corporation Board <br />held on September 30, 2015. <br /> <br />10. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />. <br />11. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />regarding matters appearing on the agenda; recognition of community <br />members, city employees, and upcoming events; inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information. <br />Councilmember K. Martin congratulated Melissa Prentice and the Bay Area Turning Point for receiving <br />the proclamation and advised Ms. Campise she would like to see the City help with her concerns on <br />Main Street; Councilmember Zemanek requested a status on replacing the dead tree at Five Points, <br />requested a tax report on the property on Spencer and Sens which was removed from AG status; <br />Councilmember Engelken wished everyone a safe trip home; and Mayor Rigby requested City Manager <br />Corby Alexander visit with Staff on the suggestions made by Ms. Campise regarding Main Street. <br />12.
